T-Max 10mm x 24m Synthetic Winch Rope With Alloy Hook. This listing is for a T-Max Dyneema SK-75 synthetic winch rope, supplied by Bearmach. Synthetic winch ropes have many advantages over traditional steel cables. They can be spliced and rejoined when broken.

They have minimal stretch, non-rotational and are abrasion resistant. Should they break they are less likely to whip and cause serious harm. They are safer to use and easier to handle too. Synthetic ropes float, and do not suffer from kinking or curling like steel wires. There's also no wire splinters to worry about.

The synthetic rope is covered with a 3m sheath at the end to protect the rope from heat build up in the drum. It also has an extra 1m sheath at the hook end to protect from abrasion.
